For years has written accounts of his musical tours around the world illustrated by his own photographs, for the magazines Przekrój and Motor. Worked for Panorama (Jazz Corner) and wrote for the monthlies Jazz (accounts of concerts) and Jazzi (reviews of CDs). For five years in the 1970s hosted two music programmes on Poland's Radio Three: Trzy kwadranse jazzu (45 Minutes of Jazz) and Z wokalistyka na Ty (On Friendly Terms with Vocalism). For the past eleven years has been on the editorial staff of the weekly Motor. Tests cars, writes about motoring and road safety, winner of Golden Steering Wheel award (for motoring journalists). Also was editing the motoring section of the monthly Gentleman.
